Questions

A way to bill the people in your life for minor offenses: the stolen fries, the “five minutes away” that took forty, the thermostat. Pick an offense, adjust the charges, and send them a very official invoice by link.

No. There’s nothing to pay and no way to pay it. The totals are for dramatic effect. You can also offer a way to settle instead, like one (1) large pizza; that part is between you and the respondent.

No sign-up, no email, no phone number. Type two first names and go. Your browser remembers your name, so you won’t have to retype it next time.

Once it’s issued you get a private link. Send it however you’d send anything else: a text, a group chat, an email. We never see who you send it to.

Open the link and rule on it. They can accept the charges (stamped GUILTY), dispute them with a written statement (stamped DISPUTED), or send an invoice right back. They don’t need an account either.

Yes. Start from one of 32 ready-made offenses across 8 categories and reword or reprice any line, or draft a custom invoice from scratch.

Anyone with the link. Links are long and random, nothing is listed publicly, and invoice pages are hidden from search engines. Share it the way you’d share a private joke.

Issued invoices are final. That’s what makes them official. To have one removed, email hi@found.do with the link and we’ll delete it.

Use “Report this invoice” at the bottom of the invoice page, or email hi@found.do with the link. Invoices that cross the line are taken down. invoice.do is for jokes between people who know each other.

invoice.do is an experiment by Found.do, a marketplace for .do domains. The domain practically told us what to build. It’s also available, if you’d like to own it.
